It would be nice to hear from the organisers on this website in regards to an apolgy...and not an excuse about the weather etc
does any one know where we can see any official photos. and is it actually going to be highlighted on tv...??
This was my second half marathon and I thought it was particularly badly organized - especially at the beginning of the race where everybody was put into the penned area but then ended up climbing over the gates. I was also expecting to receive a t-shirt with the entry pack.
Myself and my group of friends - who regularly take part in these sorts of events, have decided to give next year a skip!

I couldn't agree more with you Mstone, this was badly organised and certainly not value for money. I agree myself and others were expected a running top with the bags which turned out to be really not worth giving out anyway.
I also found out that they encouraged you to pre-book for the car park at £5 a time yet you could turn up on the day and pay £3!! Another example of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing!!
Please organisers just stop, think, take on board the advice and reduce the cost if you want to get people back for next year.
