Bring Back The Positive - Nearly Time....

After a disastrous and really low training weekend, convinced I can't do it, I don't enjoy seeing others (on forums) displaying similar negative thoughts, but it has helped (in addition to very supportive friends!) to know I'm not the only one going through it.

I went out for a slightly over 5k lunchtime, pouring of rain and very windy, just slow and steady - other nutters were running along the Thames too - bear in mind it might rain Sunday, it was still worth the training time. As soon as I started, I felt lighter on my feet (not an easy task) than I have for ages, and get going. Yes 5k isn't far, Yes the weather is irrelevant (unless you are a fairweather runner), Yes it helped bring back the Positive and Yes WE CAN DO THIS!

My aim is to finish, even if last (have bagged the last place to help others out with their worrying), but I MUST keep running and and MUST complete.

I CAN DO THIS! WE WILL DO THIS! BRING IT ON!
