First Ever (sub) 9 minute mile ! :)

Keep Smiling - Nearly There :)
Really didn't feel like running today. My knees are gettin crankier, particularly the left, although this is an improvement on the right thigh AND knee being bad, it's now isolated to my knee these days. Day 3 of Diet : busting for chocolate - had none Walked 1.5 miles again to Bank Station from work. Got home (late). Changed into gear. Got into Car, whirr whirr whirr! Was feeling guilty..
