Don't Under Estimate the Importance of Rest Days
So after a couple of good days at the gym, knowing I had Fat/Fit(?) Club tonight, I did a short run at lunch. Lunch boys couldn't make it, so ventured out for 2.5miles myself, hopefully at speed.
