funyn how some songs keep you going, i was doing a long run got to about 9 miles and felt totally knackered then Michael Jackson 'Get on Down The Road' from THe Wiz came on, (just what i needed with the legs feeling like they are about to drop off) wet myself laughing and managed another mile or two.
I have put on a select on fast and slow songs and created the play list to have some slower songs for the first 4-5 miles when i know i will feel much better then the faster ones i like best later on when i need my mind taken off the aching legs.
Also get to listen to all the songs my other half hates, 'Stevie Wonder, The Drifters'
